Every bar we carry is made by Cacaosuyo — a Peruvian maker that has spent years proving, award by award, that the best chocolate in the world grows in Peruvian soil. We chose them because their values and ours are the same: nothing anonymous, nothing generic, always a story behind the thing.

Bobbie was a renowned baker, and she spent years making all kinds of dishes for her grandchildren and family. Much like her years doing cake decorating she always preferred baking sweets.
