Bobbie was a renowned baker, and she spent years making all kinds of dishes for her grandchildren and family. Much like her years doing cake decorating she always preferred baking sweets. Brian learned to love food, cooking and baking from her.

During the throes of the pandemic, locked in his apartment alone, he took his passion to the next level. First learning how to make bread by hand. Then he started his own soudough starter. When sourdough bread wasn't enough, he started milling his own flour. This homemade sourdough focaccia made with freshly milled flour is the evolution of his craft.
